Practice Assessments include a:

• Personalized assessment

• Computer efficiency analysis

• Written Recommendations with plan of action

• Customized letters, forms and protocols

An initial Practice Assessment consists of a full and thorough analysis of your practice including all recommendations and reports in writing. Appropriate forms and documents will be provided to enable you to carry out these recommendations. This process usually requires two in-office days and several out-of-office days. This includes a one day follow up 4 – 6 weeks after assessment.

1 Year Package

The 1 Year Package includes: Six Coaching/ Professional Development Days (At least one month apart, after assessment)

This option is recommended for practices that wish to have support and follow-up on a regular basis to ensure the team has the tools needed to implement the desired recommendations.

INDIVIDUAL DAYS

Individual days are offered to all practices that have had previous assessments and wish further coaching/professional development, training or monitoring.

Custom in-office training seminars are also available.
